You are required by law to accommodate people with disabilities, both employees and clients. In order to assist clientele it is important to find out what their needs are ahead of time (wheelchair access, hearing, vision assistance). A suggested statement that can be used in program promotion materials:
"We want to help: Special arrangements for people with disabilities will be made if requested in advance. For these arrangements or more information call the ______ County Extension office at ______."
