Objectives of the Extension Delivery Review

  • Conduct an open process that involves CAES faculty, Extension partners, and Public Service & Outreach.

  • Compare Georgia's Extension delivery system with the identified best practices of comparable organizations.

  • Match available Extension resources with the needs of our clientele.

    The CAES Strategic Plan is a part of this process.

    The recommendations of the 2004 CAES Strategic Plan serves as a foundation.

    This process is the NEXT STEP to the implementation of the 2004 CAES Strategic Plan in Extension.
